Refunds/Cancellation: We do not change/refund orders after they are placed or processed. Please double check orders before check out. All sales are final. We are not responsible for updating incorrect addresses, missed pickup times, any product changes, or discounts. Please contact carrier for delivery issues.

Processing/Pickup: Please allow 1-2 business days to process and pack your order. Same day pickup service is not available for orders; we appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to ensure the timely processing of your request. We will contact you to schedule a pick up time. If you decide not to pick up your order, please note that will not qualify for a refund/store credit. Please advised that your order will be held for a period of 14 days, and it is imperative to retrieve it within this timeframe to prevent automatic return to inventory.
Processing/Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Defective Items: If any items received are unusable due to it being possibly defective, please contact within 48 hours of receiving.
